  there is a plenty of titles with 20 int and some of them are decent. master sommelier it's +20 int and +5 prot, worse winemaking titles decrease dex, explorer of rano which anybody can get at total 1 it's +20 mana, -10 str, +20 int, -10 will and +10 luck, also elemental master (+20 mana, +20 int, +3 def, -10 str, -10 dex), master of blaze (+20 str, +20 int), master of hail storm (+15 luck, +20 int, +20 mana), master of lightning (+20 int, -15 dex, + 10% damage on lightnings), master of flame burst, master instrumentalist, crystall collector, who seduced succubus, master of ice spear, wise etc etc
  
  also with glitched winemaking those titles aren't available at all

  To be fair, all the titles you named currently only give 1 magic attack.

  You only need to actually age 1 wine for the skill, rest you can just buy wine, end it immediately, repeat. So just leave comp on for like two or so days then your done. But as people said, 20 int is negligible more damage, compared to 20 dex. And in my opinion, I'd rather stay title-less than use any of those titles except the Master of Wine Making.

  what's so special about master of winemaking? protection 5? why not master of barrier spikes then if the only thing you care of it's protection?
  
  also it's quite hard not to get dc at l;east on per day. you have a very good isp if you don't have it and the single dc will ruin your winemaking

  Are you guys debating Mage titles? Master Somelier? What.
  Magic Master (basically +100 int +20 MP) is the best mage title and only loses to Fire/Ice/Light masters (if you are going to focus on that element only)
  
  After the Merlin update Magic Master will give +20 magic attack. I don't know about the new spells master titles though.

  At the moment, 5% magic damage is good but not great. And 1 magic attack from other 20 int giving titles isn't even a noticeable difference in damage.

  Thats the same as saying "Sniper is not worth it, its just +20 max damage"
  
  It's not about the title, [S]its about sending a message[/S] it's about stacking as much magic damage as you can just like any other stat. 5% may seem to be little but its not. (ex. Kaito Prefix title adds +2% magic damage and he is better than Halloween Haunter which adds +3 Magic Attack). And no, Magic Master is not going to be better after zero update.
