  EDIT: Shit, it's in Chinese. I don't know if we have any Chinese Translators. We have Korean and Japanese Translators but nothing for Chinese. Google translate doesn't give a clear enough picture.

  There's a bunch of information out right now concerning this update as JP and CN received the Zero update.
  
  It's probably best we just use the formula we already had. It's simple enough to understand. Some patch notes for CN are located here.

  That's the formula in a nutshell. Nothing new. Spell max damage reforges are added to Skill Damage and all additional masteries, set effects, and critical multipliers follow.
  
  Also, it does indeed seem that alchemy damage obtained via stats is added to your skill damage and not as alchemic damage. This means that damage obtained from current mana receives the 6.5x multiplier rather than the 5x multiplier at 5 charges.
  
  They're working on the JP wiki atm.

  That probably means that magic weapon mastery compounds on its own, which is great news for anyone who wants to use bolts.

  It says it's applied for the 'wand bonus' twice, but nothing else. That might just refer to the ego wands max, but it could be a number of things such as the +5 firebolt damage that fire wands have. It's best not to jump to any conclusions.
