  There have been times that we were ahead of JP. Although by a margin of a week. I think G13S2.
  
  We fell behind due to the disaster of G15. The august hackings, rollback, the failure to compile G15
  
  
  Also it stands to reason, that since NONE of the new skills besides the ones JUST mentioned do not fall under a regular talent, (hero talent is not a talent) they will not give talent exp.
  
  Which if i recall, it means you won't get 2x (there was a thread on this) training unless you are the appropriate hero talent.

  The Armour and Shield Masteries give Close Combat Experience.
  
  At rE Light Armour Mastery I'm seeing 1500 Exp
  At rD Shield Mastery I'm seeing 3500 Exp

  Talent exp i dont care about, i was making a point anojt these new skills only getting exp off the appropriate hero talent.

  Tested the magic balance deal. Using a CC +4 Ice Wand on raccoons with well over 1k Int I received full damage 53/100 times. It's close enough to 50% that I feel it doesn't warrant any further testing, and most of the hits that didn't hit full, hit very close to it.

  No pre-reforged savage wands have been released on any server.
  
  Hermit Staves were added as 2 rank but i'm uncertain as to their quality.

  I do think they will release r1 versions though, in fact I'm fairly certain they will...
