  I'll educate those, if you are hit during frozen blast's casting animation, the skill does not go into cooldown. There is no lag invoved, just getting hit in the animation. An abusable example is this.
  
  Do a shadow mission with pvp on. Via dk and pally (not sure elf and giant works).
  
  Have the pally cast frozen blast, have the dk spam throw rock at the pally, viola, infinite frozen blast.
  If elemental wave is affected by this. Godstatus.
  
  
  
  TLDR. Frozen blast goes into cooldown AFTER the animation ends, not before.
  Frozen blast's effects occur at the START of the animation.

  True, however unfortunately atm the skill grabs aggro right away, so if it doesn't freeze (which 99% of the time it wont) you better be ready to tank some hits.... Same thing happens for heat buster too btw, but its not as abusable since you still need the pressure....

  Some skills like Summon Golem, in my opinion, get harder. At the minute, only way to train golem to:
  A: Make a golem type A
  B: Summon golem type A
  C: Make golem type B
  etc. Easier to grind the skill when it's just easy production.

  Yes, that's why the glitch was exceedingly common with old frozen blast, you missed, you got hit, fire off the skill again.
  Frozen wave in this case can only be interrupted at range.

  x.x you left out the kill XX times with a golem
  
  even on OHKO monsters it's quite lengthy considering golems are all 1 hit KBs

  How to trigger double wave intentionally:
  -Plant rN ice mine at foot
  -Launch wave
  -Have friend attack you by setting off ice mine
  -Pray Elemental wave doesn't expire until ice mine effect goes off
  -Launch second wave :D

  I still love how people talk down on other skill sets for doing less dmg...then turn around and complain about no challenge because they can OHKO everything with their reforged/upgraded gear + extremely powerful skill.
