Thanks for the replies guys :D
The position lag really kills me. I almost died to a red grizzly bear because of that damn thing lol
I will try some more times to see if I can handle combat.
The ES seems pretty hard to obtain, so it prolly will take some time for me to get lol
Besides the Knight's Lance, I should aim for a Larguhiris Bone-Breaker, I suppose?
And for the dual battle swords, what would be the best special upgrades for both weapons?
I now get that R upgrade is better, but as I would have 2 swords, whats the best thing? R and S, or Both R?

R upgrade both. The only reason to use dual wield is becaus the crit bonus stacks.
As for lance, don't get bone-breaker if you're not going to get elemental reforge on it.

But, just for my understanding, why wouldn't double S upgrades be better?
Because, well, I only crit 30% of the time, and basically I would only have bonus damage in 30% of the time.
In the other 70% of the time, I would have no bonuses at all x_x
So... wouldn't the S upgrade be better? My crit would get stronge anyway. D:
Pardon my stupidity :x

As your character progresses, the significance of the bonus max damage from blue becomes less and less, while red benefits from higher damage.
To put it short, if you don't have 300 damage (which is really easy to get btw), then go blue. But you really won't need to, as damage will be super easy to get.

Oh yeah, I just saw the formulas... So I'll try to get these 300+ damage for the R upgrades c:
And with that, I guess I'll stick to the dual battle swords :D
Thanks for all the help guys, you were all extremely helpful in my choice ;)

Guys, lemme revive this post one more time.
I'm passing throught the available swords at the wiki, and I just noticed the falcata.
It doesn't need an fully impossible artisan upgrade, and is almost better than the battle sword
With this, I ask you guys: what's the best sword? In terms of damage/critical, I mean.
Thanks c:

Falcata's a good option. It's not better than battle sword, but it can be close enough.
It has about the same damage and crit, only less by insignificant margin.

Battle Swords are best, especially crafted ones.
Falcatas are okay, as are Broadswords (also crafted, can get 80-ish max). Broadswords are cheaper to maintain too.
In the end, it's your choice, but Battles are best. (Demonic are technically better, but those are too expensive for the damage difference and only usable when you're Master Warrior; not really worth it for their repair cost. 18k/point at Edern...)

Well, according to the wiki upgrade sequences, if you get MAX aritsan roll with the battle swords, you get 84 max damage. The problem is, you will go bankrupt to get double max artisan roll. :(
The falcata gets 76 damage without an artisan's, with higher crit.
The broadsword gets... 73 damage, and less crit. x_x
So well, the falcata seems better, but I would like to ask. This 8~ damage gap between the battle sword and the falcata really has a great impact?
Or can I live with it? This assuming I'm getting R special upgrades!

That's why I said differences are pretty small.
You do have to note though, battle swords' artisans stack. Meaning it's more like 114 damage added to your character screen. But when it comes to the dual wielding equation, it's about the same as falcata. Still more crit though.
If you want to spend least nx as possible, falcata is your answer. If you can live with it, battles.

Osayidan told me there was a fist that was good for both magic(all elements) and melee, but said it was from a gacha and couldn't find any for sale... so it's most likely way too expensive.

I wouldn't recommend it, you lose too much damage.

Meh, I'm not a fighter :c
Guys, one last question:
The damage bonus from str I get from, like, a battle sword's artisan upgrade, is applied to both swords if dual wielding?
It says so in the wiki, but I just want to make sure.
Because, if it's true, the str bonus from a sword is actually doubled?
So my true question is: 75 str from the artisan's would be +30 damage. But in the end, it would be +60 damage, if I'm dual wielding swords?
