  Either that, a repeat offender, or someone that did it an insane amount of times after the initial wave of bans (Which Sabina warned people continuing to do it after the initial bans would get a harsher punishment but she may have just been lying to scare people) Or one of the people that hacked the game to be able to do the event when it isn't night.

  This is like if you're making love to your SO, and they have to fart. At least they thought they did, but then it actually turned out to be a sneaky turd. It comes out slowly and you know you should say something, but they don't even notice. You've always had a poop fetish, so you decide to just take a short whiff. Now you're really starting to get turned on. You dive all the way in and smother your face in their feces, even opening your mouth a little bit to let some in. Your SO finally notices something is up and turns around to see your shit covered face. They freak out and get ready to slap you before realizing that that would get shit on their hands, so they just get a disgusted look on their face and tell you to get the fuck out. You're pissed off now, you had a chance to finally do when of your biggest fetishes and she just kicked you out. You decide to visit a local club of fellow shit-fetishers, and tell them how close you were to getting the full treatment. They all have similar stories, and you quickly form a circle and start jerking each other off while thinking about the shit you got on your face. Some other people walk past (let's face it, shit-fetishers is not a big enough club to rent out an entire building for themselves, so there are some other people there too), and they say "dude, your SO didn't want you to eat their shit, respect that". But you quickly shoot them all down because if they didn't want you to eat their shit, why would they do it in the first place? But it's over, and now you just have to wait until the next time your SO lets out a little more than they wanted.
