What is the real benefit of Yui

  With the recent gacha update we have this new accessory - Counseling Program Yui. As a result, people are going crazy over these little flying puppets - one idiot is even advertising a c/o 50mil and a/w 100mil on alexina :srsly?:
  
  However, I still don't really see the benefit of having a Yui.
  
  

  It allows the use of the Yui Strike action.

  
  Similar to a spirit awakening skill, ~5k damage, 30min cooldown - not really practical since you won't need this for easy content and you will probably have better ways to clear harder contents.
  
  

  Reveals dungeon pathways and rooms on the minimap.
  Reveals the location of monsters and switches over a vast area in Shadow Missions on the minimap, similar to an Arat Berry.
  

  
  Might speed up dungeons and sm runs by a few min. Not a big deal.
  
  

  Reveals the correct switch in dungeon switch rooms.

  
  The only real benefit. Unfortunately I only see this beneficial for newbie giant's g3 Boal infiltration.
  
  

  
  Can randomly cast a Magic Shield over the user.
  Replaces the Trade Assistant Imp's image and dialogues during Commerce.

  -repair cost is 50k, similar to a regular accessory

  You could also ask what is the real benefit of skills that can't be used with lances. They ARE "good" but not "the best." Prices are another can of worms, though.

  100% success rate, and the -50% repair cost doesn't need you to be under total level 1000.

  Though, I'm surprised she actually loses Dura.

  Frugal might be good to maintain a long term use. But it destroys its liquidity.
  Personally I just don't see how this is going to beat my current 2x precise lily accessory

  It's not a personal matter, really. No point in comparing apples and oranges--Yui is an apple (fashion) and an enchanted accessory is an orange (utility).

  We're not talking about skills here, are we? In that sense, it's about as irrelevant as we can get. We're talking about what kind of real benefit does this accessory bring, not if the accessory is the best or some stupid shit like that. Skills that can't be used with lances, aka Defense and Counterattack, has nothing to do with this nor are they relevant at all.
  
  As for me, this Yui doll has no merit for me. I'm going to get a temporary one in like four hours, so why should I bother? I'd assume they'll get bored of the Yui doll after few weeks anyway. Also, there is no reason to use other accessories other than Fierce accessories for my Oblivion Avenger accessories.

  Of course we're not. It was just an example to show that Yui is something fun to play around with (to some, at least). Easily replaceable with better version but still not useless. Maybe I just suck at analogies.
