Which skills in this game do you think are useless?
Personas - Most of them give shit stats and they all have a shitty long cooldown which aren't viable to use.
Spirit Weapon Awakening, Elven Magic Missile, Counterattack, Lance Counter, Counter Punch - Shit damage, nuff said. As for counterattack series you shouldn't even be getting hit so they're worthless.
Defense - Specifically referring to that small "party buff" where it has ridiculously small range. This skill doesn't block that many skills which should be blocked (Act 6: Crisis, for example) so its quite weak too.
Final Shot - This was completely left in the dust since Genesis. The loading time should have been removed, the teleport using duration is a stupid feature, and the archery load time decrease doesn't even work anymore since the entire skillset got their loading times removed.
Control of Darkness - Excluding the glitch, the tamed mobs have horrible AI, not to mention the fact that it costs nearly 1k gold per attempt is absurd.
Taming Wild Animals - Same reason as Control of Darkness, only referring to the horrible AI.
Natural Shield, Ice Shield, Fire Shield, Lightning Shield - Makes you a sitting duck while "blocking" damage that should already be negated by magic defense and protection. Honestly these skills could use a lot of improvements.
Wind Blast - All it does is give pushback along with weak damage, Water Cannon can do the same thing with even higher damage.
Mana Crystallization - Um, who uses this anymore? The pure magic ones are better and you can't Snap Cast this?
Summon Golem - Has a really bad AI and I'm way more stronger than some weak pile of rocks.
Respite - Before the influx of Health and Stamina this was pretty balanced, but now it restores like an 11th of my max HP/SP; Fantastic Chorus does so much better. The aftereffect is completely pointless, and the poison cure is stupid; no one is going to use Respite in a fight and by the time the monster is dead the poison should already have worn off, plus free battle pegasus pets can already negate poison instantly.
Tumble - It really irks me that this is a knuckle-only skill, which doesn't benefit the skillset in any way other than setting up for Focused Fist. It'd be so much better if this was universal, greatly assisting archer/mage/alchemy/gun/ninja.
Encore - ... Really, what bard skill needs its cooldown reset?
Act 9: Invigorating Encore - This skill is terribad in every way: the shit AI, the shit damage buff, the weak eruption damage, and useless skill loading decrease. Act 9 was originally intended to have a helping partner wasn't it? Well the partner isn't so helpful at all.
Reload - I don't use bullets, so this is useless to me.
Grapple Shot - Weak damage. I know it's meant to pull yourself closer to someone, but that range is too short to utilize properly, not to mention the fact it just makes you more vulnerable.
Bullet Slide - Weak damage.
Bullet Storm - Weak damage compared to Shooting Rush spam and is extremely hard to utilize because A) it has shit range and B) there's hardly a time where there's 12 enemies all bundled together.
Spider Shot - Single target with an extremely long cooldown that increases critical damage but isn't guaranteed.
Berserk - Even at rank 1, 160 Strength basically means like 50 max damage, which isn't much. The trade off for cutting off all my defensive stats for a very small duration isn't worth it.
Shockwave - Weak damage with a ridiculously huge mana cost. 400 max damage means nothing compared to intermediate magic spells, heck even Thunder has the same max damage but hits 5 times and uses a lot less MP.
Demigod - They all suck now since the influx to stats.
