I could check my skills before I boarded the balloon...
Anyway...

Kingofrunes here is literally taking little-to-no damage, so I'm really confused as to how people keep failing so fast...
Kingofrunes is an endgame character. His stats are all WAY up there, and his talents are all above level 11. If he was failing the mission, I would be severely worried.
I came literally down-to-the-wire in the balloon part. But I hit zero when the other balloon reached 7. X.x
It's...not possible to trans and somehow reap defensive/offensive benefits in that RP,is it?

Also, something else to note, NA is overusing the dreamy effect thingy that KR was not using. I wonder if I set something in my settings I need to unset to get it to not do that...
Why is it that this is the only RP mission that does so and not the others?
You're not getting my point. RP missions are supposed to give you fixed and very low stats from the start; it doesn't matter what they are from the outside of the mission.
If it really did take your stats from outside the RP, then why does that happen? Why is it that this is the only RP mission that does so and not the others?
What dreamy effect?
That does appear to be the case though if you look at my KR video and at my NA video. If what others are experiencing is true, you can't argue the facts.
Well I guess it's more of like the arat berry effect where the screen looks all blurry.
I guess not. But its still pretty damn unusual for it being the only mission that uses your stats from outside of the mission.
I don't think I've heard of an option that gives an effect like that...

RP missions that carried over your stats and certain skill ranks have been around since the release of Advancement Tests, which was back in C2.
So it's not really something new and unheard of.
That's news to me. Who does Advancement Tests anymore?
