Why would you even need that much tanking/healing power anyways? There are clouds, full recovery pots, countless pots from event rewards, and etc.
Most online games are dependent on lag unless it is like a single player game, or you are hosting the game where you feel no lag.
A large part of the player base will never reach end-game with everything maxed. It is not like it is hard, but the time required is just ridiculously huge compared to most MMORPGs out there. Most people would rather quit, and play other games. There are plenty of other MMORPGs that has a better combat system than Mabinogi.
Mabinogi combat system is very slow pace, one-sided/linear, and boring system. You do not need "skills/knowledge/reflexes" to survive. Compare this to like Tera's end-game dungeons, which requires skills/reflexes, not to mention, not lagging.
Even if you are like the most insane player, can keep up 200 AP per week, and RB every week, it still take like 3 years to get that 30k AP or so.
Then, there are some skills that feels like it will take years to grind up to max levels... especially some of those Crusader related stuff.
The most relevant end-game content right now is probably Apostle spam to do the Daily Orders because you will hit a point where you just have too much AP to do anything except repair Broniac all the time.
