Not for the rate of durability loss they have. But I guess the current fees would be acceptable if magic weapons and cylinders lost durability at a slower rate.
Melee: 0.03
Range: 0.03
Magic: 0.02
Alchemy: 0.011
- Magic skills tend to flat out kill groups of enemies.
- They consume durability at a lower rate than other weapons, per hit.
- Repair fees are easily reduced to 40% of their standard repair cost, at practically no cost to damage.
Compare to:
- Alchemic skills burn both your regular and your guard cylinder's durability at once.
- Alchemic skills burn durability based on charge count, with Chain Cylinder Water Cannon costing 0.055 per use.
-- Not to mention shock/flame burst/etc.
- You can't slap on engineer's to cut costs without slashing damage nor do they have a unique discount.
