i can't seem to find any youtube videos of this urgent shot skill :<
It's not out yet, the devs just told us about the skill early to build hype/discussion.

Agreed.. This update seems very lackluster compared to the previous 2, and I ADORE mirage missle. I'd like them to fix life skills AKA Add a talent for magic craft/engineering, and either make tailoring/smithing easier to get mats/manuals, OR increase the training given when crafting something.
Well "fixing" life skills depends on what you define the problem as. I don't think availability of ingredients is the issue. And I may be an extreme minority but I never really liked the idea of the Merchant Destiny coming out at all. I'd rather there not be a 2x exp rebirth for life skills, but they rebalance skills with insane training (mainly Enchant, even though that's not considered life).
The problem we need "fixed" for life skills is subjective. I think the most important issue is, people don't use/support these skills because their rewards aren't usually worth it. By this I of course mean Blacksmithing, Carpentry, and especially Tailoring. One possible update that can potentially mend this is the upgrading suggestion I linked to in my signature. Of course that's assuming you think it has the same problem I do. An update to the blacksmithing/tailoring interface/UI/process would be nice too but not mandatory.
Cooking already has great products, especially after the master chef update. The only real problem I see with it is that it's really boring/hassle to use, especially more than once in a row.
Handicraft and Campfire needs some reimagining and repurposing.

If nothing else, I want the aim meter to stop lying to me.
100%? Sure it is, Mabi, sure it is.
Unfortunately that can't be fixed. Initially aim rate was client sided, meaning people could mod to always get 100% aim. They said things like "I have skill, using shot of god". Although I never confirmed if shot of god exists, and I kind of think it does, that's not how they did it. (And I'm still not convinced shot of god was an intended feature.)
So they made it server sided. And the server and client are constantly communicating (a little too much most of the time), meaning your client's aim rate is increasing at normal rate, but the server is looking at your connection speed and even though it may say 100%, you may still be at 65% because you're lagging. There is no way for Nexon to fix this without dropping aim completely, which I'm not saying they should or shouldn't.
Also, everyone is saying wait for the race update as if it is a matter of fact. They didn't say there is going to a be a racial update later, they said there may be one. As in how there may have been a race update for the past two years. Better to do what they can now than put off for later. Don't use the promise of a possible elusive racial patch as an excuse for "temporary" racial imbalance.
