[S]Since Ninja activates nature shield.
[/S]Does Nexon plan to Revamp Ninja at all, or just basic skill-sets?

Chances are ninja will be forever left as is, with no changes ever made simply because it'll never be on KR server and they couldn't care less about it.

KR can't touch ninja since it's not on their server.
JP, however, could potentially revamp it. They did large tweaks to its cooldowns, smokescreen duration, and training experience.
All that Ninja really needs is better Shuriken Charge utility, a Smokescreen revamp, Shadow Bind Master Title nerf, and all of Ninja (and by extension EVERYTHING that uses distance), especially Explosive Kunai and Shuriken Smash, to target the mob's edge hitbox rather than their center. And maybe give Shuriken Mastery some movement speed to differentiate it from the other Weapon Masteries and fit the ninja stance. The rest of Ninja is fine as it is.

Ninja doesn't really need any of that stuff. The only skill that's even remotely bad is Smokescreen.
Shuriken Charge has tons of utility, though it's best used without charging. The ability to hit untargetable monsters alone is extremely useful.
I wouldn't nerf Shadow Bind's master title either as current usage indicates that it's not very helpful. I don't have that title but I do have a reforge strong enough to ensure 100% bind uptime and let me tell you, it's not even close to being broken. Monsters will randomly free themselves past the five second mark and unlike other methods of turning mobs to mush (pets/rain casting/etc) it's not particularly reliable and it comes with a decent opportunity cost.

I'm honestly still stunned by the abruptness of that archery renovation. I would love for them to fix up alchemy because it's easily the sloppiest talent, but i'm sort of afraid that they'll just fuck it up.

It is unknown if JP, NA, or another server plans on revamping Ninja too when Renovation reaches their servers (like how Global Maple got Jett in the Justice/Renegades update, which did not include Jett in KR), although the chances of something like that are unlikely. But not impossible.
As people have said, it won't happen in KR's Renovation unless they decide to surprise release Japanese content slightly altered, like they did with Shadow Bunshin/Doppelganger in the Hidden Talent update. Other servers of other Nexon games, like MapleStory, did similar things with cultural assimilation, such as Jett and Dragon Warrior from MapleStory being the same class despite one looking like a space cowboy and one looking like a martial artist with guns. It is possible that should KR ever get Ninja, every single skill and weapon would be reskinned to not reference Japanese culture at all, though DevCAT would be too lazy for that.

For Explosive Kunai and Shuriken Smash, it makes no sense that they target the center hitbox. How is it that they are able to attack OVER a landmine, and how you HAVE to stand under the enemy to Smash?
Shuriken Charge has tons of utility, though it's best used without charging. The ability to hit untargetable monsters alone is extremely useful.
However, the fact that you have to be IN RANGE of something and you MUST TARGET something to use it is a massive annoyance to Shuriken Charge and also a huge drawback that other skills don't have. You can load Magnum Shot and Focused Fist and wait for the target to run into range, but Shuriken Charge is too difficult to fully prepare because of its flaws.

The inability to attack untargetable mobs is a massive annoyance for skills other than Shuriken Charge.
Magnum Shot has severe accuracy issues, so that's not even remotely close to a fair comparison. Focused Fist suffers in very much the same way as it's the second most common reason as to why fighter chains are prematurely broken. You've claimed that Shuriken Charge is too difficult to prepare while ignoring the drawbacks of similar skills.
If anything, it adds bit of nuance to a game filled with cloned skill ideas.
I would greatly prefer for them to add new shurikens, or fix skills that are in desperate need of attention; like Final Hit being too strong, or mana crystalization being total garbage. Ninja doesn't need the attention.

If Smokescreen was changed to lower protection by up to 15(?) at rank 1 and the global center->edge hitbox issues were fixed I think that'd be enough for Ninja outside of skill training requirements being a little over the top (but technically doable at least)
Alchemy on the other hand? Alchemy Mastery has a training requirement that is literally impossible to fulfill (make a crystal without magic), and potentially various other issues leftover from the En/Zero updates not covering everything.

"claps hands together" Well, these revamps failed. Time to overthrow Nexon. "gets pitch forks"
Nah but seriously,I wonder how long this game will last.

A friend of mine regarded Alchemy Mastery as a "useless" skill, stating it doesn't provide enough damage to its skillset.
Rain Casting's deaggro effect needs a nerf. Hydra also needs some kind of nerf or at least count towards combat so Elves can't Hide through it and also trigger Crisis Escape's cooldown (or just get rid of it dammit).
Tropacat and Kaeporo say the rest of Alchemy needs a buff or something. I dunno, I don't alchemy so I wouldn't know.

Some of the mobs in Alban training ground seems don't care about rain casting's deaggro when they first appear.(5:52)

By the way, using FH in these kind of places is like suicide.

Checking out the low bonuses on various other alchemy skills and how certain things add to alchemy
total damage instead of
base damage I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case.
En/Zero and such were on the right track to making the skillset more easily used and giving it the ability to scale, but some things were missed and obtaining certain skills taking a while (gotta' go your early gens and then the alch gens) is getting more obvious now that they made other book pages more accessible and stopped the one-int-skill-quest-at-a-time junk in KR.

What should the skill do? Be purely synthetic rain for certain production skills?

My weeaboo sister speaks so much korean around the house that I actually understood all the vulgar words in this video. XD
Would be nice if Rain Casting had combat applications other than stunning. I would say something regarding MP recovery if music didn't exist. Or maybe keeping the stunning but the cloud going away if you run out of the cloud's range, but that won't stop the tactics that people seem to hate (and I really don't mind to be honest, I don't use puppetry or alchemy but I don't care if other people are able to use this tactic).

Personally i'd prefer rain doing damage close to hydra and not stunning at all. I think it would make it more fair imo.

Sorry for going off topic... But people complaining about rain casting and how it's broken, is just as bad as some people complaining about Hydra (people can clear contents faster than hydra can for 90% of the times), Lullaby (why do people even suggest it being nerfed? It only last for 60 seconds -if you're a GM bard- usually, and it only work on targets that haven't fallen asleep yet), and Battlefield Overture (you pretty much gives up a weapon slot, a talent GM, and more for a decent BFO).
All of them should just be left alone anyway since you can clear the content faster with different methods rather than using the time to set up Lullaby, Hydra, and/or Rain Casting. If anything need a nerf it's the pets that uses AoE upon summoning.
