  Idunno'. When it comes to stuff like that, even the people that have it tend to run around lying to eachother, I had no personal experience with it (I just avoided tents and people at the time) so I can't say what was done or how (other than blackrobing meaning your character data wouldn't load and was often done by making you drop one of your body parts from one of your hidden inventories).

  Iirc it was possible to create tents for any player, with any item, at any place you wanted. A character's id + his face's item id (our faces are items) = warp to the place the "hacker" wanted to, and after a relog your character would be invalid (blackrobed) because your face is missing. Basically the handler for the create tent packet lacked any safety checks.

  Wireframe reveals the actual land bit extends further out than needed... but it's not a real issue given the small amount of space anyways.

  The middle-right room uses the dragon statue, the other 5 use the normal statues.

  The statue collection is made of a few different things with different frameworks, and I'm unclear on whether there's multiple regions for this area or if the statue bundle itself just changes (which is likely).
