There's still a lot of rumors and questions going around about durability loss in Mabi.
What affects it, what doesn't, what skills may or may not use it, what actions do, what modifiers there are, etc. With patch mods, packet logging, and RAM viewing now it's simple enough to test since we can see the true values... but not everybody is willing or tech-savvy enough to do that that themselves.
So here you can request tests to be done.
Notes...
- Durability is kept in thousandths and rounded up.
13500/14000 shows up as "14/14"
02345/14000 shows up as "3/14"
00001/14000 shows up as "1/14", though the next hit will cause that item to hit "0/14".
- Standard melee attacks with items cause 1-30 (0.001-0.030) durability loss, half that blessed, for comparison.
As an opener, the wiki mentioned that critical hits use extra durability. After testing both magic and melee, I found no correlation between durability loss and critical hits (or splash damage for that matter).
