Heroic and Cartel confirmed for Adv. A too.
Basically Adv A+ is the ticket.

So how do you get the stone for Aton Cimeni's Anvil?

I got mine from S class HM mission. Then after that I got savage ice wand from hall of mages, same run :D.
Got a reply from Nexon about the Carpentry Benches and Anvils, though he did not mention Anvils directly.
"Greetings,
Thank you for contacting Nexon America Support, and I apologize for the delay in addressing your ticket.
I am sorry to hear that you were not able to find a Carpentry Bench while you were in the Alban Knights Training area. Please know that I will be forwarding your concerns regarding this issue to be investigated.
Should you have other questions or concerns, please submit a new ticket letting us know.
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
Sincerely,
GM Cicada

From what we've seen so far, all the "rare" or "good" enchants seem to drop in ADV A or higher decently well for the server as a whole so it wouldn't be surprising.
I think someone also linked me to an overseas thread of someone obtaining one of the good enchants in Basic C but it's probably like Dexterity in sulfur spider. While possible to get in lower difficulties than elite (including basic), it is rarer than unicorns.

Do chorus and ensemble ES drop from Alban? Those are probably the only two ES I'm interested in...

I don't think chorus is even implemented.

Me and another have hunches on where it comes from, either Caverns or Hostage, but not even the KR ench database has info on it, and since I can't really effectively search the other info hubs in korean, its either stupid rare or unimplemented.
I'm still hoping for it.
Also, oddly enough, Swallow is said to come from alban knights. Its a worthless enchant but its on one of the lists of enchs I have.

I can confirm Swallow does come from AK, guildie just got it.
So far I've gotten myself Cartel, Marquis, Thorn Lotus, Solo, Symbolic, Target, Heavy Punch and whatever else I forget.
There's also lots of lesser enchants you wouldn't expect like Lion Hunter's, Engineer's, Assault, Viscount, Automatic, etc.
I'd say that just about every mildly relevant enchant can possibly come from alban and most rare/endgame enchants are present as well.

Few days late but I got champion on Adv with no modifications during my solo run.

How exactly does the difficulty scale in this? I tried just a no-rune basic just to see what it was like, and already mobs on floors 3 and 4 were critting 500-900 damage. Is intermediate+ just instant death, with or without mob damage modifiers?

Generally speaking... yeah. Everything tends to just put me into Deadly instantly except archers. On the upside, that means that using 500% monster damage runes to increase rewards has no noticeable effect on the actual difficulty.

Considering Abyss mobs were already doing more damage than that (and HM TOA Golems), that shouldn't come as a surprise to you.
Maybe you can try to have damage for higher levels and/or have tactics in your mind? Alban isn't your classic charge in, wipe out, sort of dungeon, at least not in higher levels.
You can actually do about half their health with counter if you have 500% damage stones. The difficulty is all subjective, and for me I'd say Basic is basically a HM mission, Int as elite, Advanced is about Abyss, Hard slightly harder than Abyss, and Heroic noticeably harder than Abyss. But then you also have an option of taking more folks with you.
