I've stacked talent + potion + 150% for 6x fighter before, so it looks like potions work fine with 150%.
With which skill and talent did you observe this, though? I was caught off guard by chorus not working with music talent + badge +150% (3x rather than 4.5x), but since march song received 4.5x that implies chorus doesn't count under the music talent for alban purposes.

Stones don't change the counts nor do they change the bonus in the skill window. You have to look at exp amount in system messages, so likely it worked and you didn't notice.
Also, if you're trying for master title then neither badge/reforge/stone would have done anything because master is based on counts and those are only affected by event/talent/potion.

You are forgetting double skill training potions.
Talents are stackable with Events and skill training potions.
2 x 2 x 2 = 8
With Alban's release, I can potentially see 16 times training, if it stacks with all the multipliers, making a single training 16 times more efficient (Due to the 2x nature of Alban's training system).
You have your normal +training count multipliers. These are your events, talents, etc.
You can pretty much skip rooms in certain "fields" allowing you to advance without even the need to fight monsters. You won't get the monster experience, but those just attempting it for heroic is pretty valuable.
