  But what will it do anyway? I am still unclear what will breaking lie do since it only reduces 3.0% at Lv15 while the blade itself reduces defense by 35% per hit?

  All blade were Lv15 breaking lie.After the last blade it still has over 60% health and people just kill it in a second.

  It's very unclear how Breaking Lies works, and it may or may not change when Judgment Blade's damage reduction ignore/reduce effect changes.

  Based on how flattened Girg was after being hit with judgement blade that many times with, what I'm assuming is, a bunch of high ranked Breaking Lies and the difficult nature of obtaining the skill and all sorts of stuff, I'm pretty convinced that the 3% reduction is for the crazy 98% damage reduction he has innately.
  
  And it would make sense too, as 3% extra damage wouldn't seem worth your time, but it's actual effect at max rank is more than doubling your base DPS against Girg with the first blade, so it makes a bunch more sense like that.

  Girgashiy has 125 Protection Stat/70% Effective Protection, or however the Enlightenment changes work for monsters. The damage reduction is 96%, not 98%, and that is added after the Protection reduction.
  
  Judgment Blade itself ignores 35% of the 96% damage reduction in the "Crusader Combo", and at the same time it gives Girgashiy a 10 sec~ debuff where he loses the same amount of damage reduction, meaning that everyone in the raid does more damage with their own attacks. However, no one's ever figured out how it's calculated (whether its a direct subtraction or some other complicated outcome), and how Breaking Lies works (whether it directly subtracts or amplifies Judgment Blade's damage reduction ignore/reduce effect, or some other complicated outcome).

  Question about breaking lies does it stack when other people use it? so if had 5 level 15 breaking lie blade users it'd be 15%? ;o

  A straightforward formula that includes neither of those variables (assuming celestial spike removes apostle reduction instead of adding blade damage like wiki lists) gets the numbers pretty close to the damage you see when blading. Example:

  Breaking lies is to to remove apostle damage reduction for non-crusader damage after the combo. Like in the video posted earlier, they killed it with non-crusader skills pretty fast after 60%. I'm guessing the 35% (future 60%) variable that has been mentioned likely has something to do with that aspect of judgement blade. The effect seems to quickly dissipate, so the sooner and faster you deal damage the higher it will be.
  
  Taking into account load/cooldown time and requirements, breaking lies will be likely 10~20x easier to train in g20.

  What's with Support Shot and Rage Impact (R.I.) both being in this calculation?
  I thought that they could not be stacked?

  People found out that one can support shot before Rage Impact's effects actually apply, I think its a .7s window or so, and both bonuses apply.
