We are not getting the Giant models?

  So we were talking about future updates in our guild chat and a member stated in Nexon's Latest Tokyo Game show they started that NA and EU will not be changing giants in G12.
  
  This means no animation fixes, no new clothing for us to wear, no facepaint, no new stances?
  
  It worries me a bit if he is right since Japan recently got the giant models

  Seriously, EVERY giant on Ruairi is like OMG DO NOT WANT. I frankly like the new models; they're more consistent with Mabi's art style. =P
  
  No idea on whether or not that's actually true, sorry. We'll just have to find out come G12, which shouldn't be too long of a wait.

  This. Personally, I hope we do get the new models. Granted, I think the males are a little too un-giant looking for my taste, I still think they fit better.

  The idea is not to make giants look tougher; the idea is to discard the fail art direction of C2 and make giants more Mabi-styled.

  I really love these new models compared to what we have now, for one a 10 year old giant actually looks more like a 10 year old giant.

  In that video it looks like the shadow commanders sword was floating outside of his hand, if that happens to male giants as well I definitely don't want it.

  Oh never mind seen it.
  Please note that video is from the test server, they changed male giants, and mobs that share the same model when it hit main servers. I belive yeti had a simular problem where his model was all messed up.
  so the fomor commander etc etc should look the same.

  Oh god I just remembered, if any of you downloaded the design contest Templates, they were using the new giant models for the template. I really hope this is a sign...
  Has anyone here gone to the Tokyo game show or is there any interview notes on it?
  I really want to know if what nexon said about the giant models is true or if its false.

  And why would Nexon NA go out of the trouble to remove these files when they get it?
  
  Giant Renewal was a big part of G12S2. Take out Giant Renewal and you take out all the changes they made to Giants. Throwing Attack, etc., etc.
  
  Silly rumors are silly. Or perhaps just a misinterpretation.

They're like fatter, taller humans with thunder thighs. :I If you want human fashion, then go play a human. Giants are imminently playable because of their raw power, they're not meant to be cute >:[
