Actually this is just one of the many versions of Superman, Goku can kick the golden age, and majority of the Cartoons version of Superman. The Uber Superman is from another Version on what if Superman was to stay in the core of the sun, I haven't talk much about the blue sun radiation that makes Modern Superman get a major boost.

Depends on the era for each of the characters, but I'm going to assume that it's Superman pre-Crisis (basically DC nerfed Superman) and Goku at the end of GT, since both characters were pretty much at their strongest states at the mentioned time. If this is the case, then it's Superman all the way.
Why? He was so powerful, the folks at DC had to nerf Superman because he was so powerful. Can Goku really say the same thing? Yes and no. Sure, in GT he was wished to become a kid again. But did that "nerf" really do more than just have him, in Mabi terms, rebirth from 51 to 10? Not at all. The only thing about Goku's nerf was that he had less stamina and physical strength compared to when he was in his prime, but at the same time, gave him more potential, since he has all of his powers and skills before he became a kid again, so he can continue as if he just, as I said, rebirthed.
Superman, however, has grown so powerful that almost 50 years after being created, the writers got rid of many of his powers (such as his super intelligence, freeze breath, Time Travel, and being able to survive in space without oxygen) and weakened severely his remaining powers (can barely move airliners without straining, weakened supersight, invulnerability, etc.). Obviously DC knew that Superman was broken, so they tried to balance him so that he's more believable for fans [s]because we all know that having one extremely overpowered alien couldn't possibly be real[/s].
Now if we have Superman where he is currently compared to Goku where we left him off, Goku will win hands down. Goku is too powerful while Superman is suffering from his nerfing. Goku could probably destroy 15 planets with a single punch, where as Superman would most likely be obliterated with the force of the punch, even with Superman's invulnerability and the ability to get energy and strength from the Sun. Way too broken.
And likewise, if we had Clark Kent when he was living in Smallville where he was just learning he had his powers fight against Goku when we are first introduced to him, Goku would win, because Clark Kent is a wussy (pre-Crisis) geeky kid that was constantly bullied, where as Goku was trained by his martial artist grandfather on how to survive and take care of himself. Clark might be able to get a lucky hit on Goku and win, but unless Clark got lucky, it won't happen.
So really, the only way to compare the two characters is when they're at their strongest (Superman pre-Crisis and Goku at the end of GT). And, with his invulnerability, massive strength, speed, intelligence, etc, Superman has the edge over Goku's massive strength, speed, energy attacks, and unlimited potential (which unless Superman and Goku fight for eternity, resting after every clash to recover, is a moot point since I'm guessing it's a fight to the end). Sure, Goku could grab some Kryptonite to fight Superman with, but chances are, Goku's going to be SS4, meaning that because of his Saiyan blood and pride, he's more focused on destroying his opponent with his bare hands and ruthlessly toying with his enemy instead of just ending the fight. This is ultimately Goku's downfall, because with Superman's intelligence, he can see Goku's not being serious in defeating him, so Superman takes the initiative and ends the fight.
That's what I believe anyways. Sure, as I said, depending on different eras for each character, or if it was a series of fights to record data, Goku does have the edge over Superman, but at each of their prime, Superman is clearly the superior warrior.

Goku vs. Superman - Max-Dan-Wiz
I'd refer to this link again. Raditz, at a power level of 1000, can move at the speed of light. Goku, at a power level of 500 million, he can move much, much faster than the speed of light. Each level of Super Saiyan is 10x stronger than the lower level.
Ok, so you said:
With in one arm he can push back 200 quintillion tons or 30,000 earths.
When you listed his abilities, you said:
Super Strength – Superman has shown to be able to pull 1/3 of the Earth's weight along with Martian Manhunter and Wonder Woman.
:what:
I think Goku's training and instincts would propel him over Superman, even if they were at an equal level. Super-intellect and computation doesn't necessarily mean faster attacks or better fighting ability.
But eh, whatever. Maybe the authors of Superman will make him into a truly omnipotent being, the way those comics are going.

You know, I was thinking about it and Goku could use the earings to fuse with Vegita, becoming Vegito, and then fuse with Kid Buu, and then Super Perfect Cell.
And the uh... whatever the result of that would be called... between Buu & Cell, they could just absorb Superman.
Captain Ginyu would probably have a pretty good shot too since he could just jack Superman's body.

My bad, that came from the All Star Superman, not the Modern Version being used for cannon.
Also you are wrong Superman is still faster than Goku. Speed wise goku can only hit Hyper-sonic like (under a third of light speed possibly more), that was a translation error if you are putting up what piccolo said. Considering at best in combat would be more of a burst of light speed, to which Superman still beats. If going this it is going to look more like a Tank vs a high damge dealer, than anything else. The edge in combat though is still on Superman. Superman gets powered up by the Sun, he damn near reaches his Silver age counterpart, then you have the Blue Sun radiation which is like god mode for Superman.
Tasha is right on Captain Ginyu has a better chance out of everyone in the DBZ universe to win against Superman.

Goku has FH :O
Besides,
Superman has boring hair, and Goku could kill him with a flick of his awesome hair!
That and he can also ask all of the people in the world to make him stronger :D

Yah, it is three variations of Goku (GT being non cannon) vs. the Many Variation of Superman. It all boils down to which variation do one prefer for the fight.

Vegeta wins cause his name is Vegetable just w/o the ble. And at the end of GT he achieves SS 4 too, making just as powerful as Goku. Now if you wanted a REALLY good beat-down you would choose Gogeta!(Or whichever one they make through the fusion dance) :P

I already did a the best version vs the best version in the last section. Superman MAX out is equivalent to Dr. Manhattan. -_-

How?
Manhattan was pretty much a God.
Even though its argued that the limits of Superman's power is almost unexistent, in the end its his powers.
Manhattan is literally invincible due to his ability to respawn, and he could restructure matter.
