Doesn't repair lost durability though. Just adds durability. And what if I want more damage? Or defense? or PD?
Items aren't supposed to last forever. It's a choice you have to make.

Items should last forever, like in Maplestory.

But I like Mabi's gameplay better. However, the thing that bothers me is the dura loss. When I first made wooden needle, Effie breaks one point in the first repair. Same went for my elegant gothic dress short type when it was worth 15 mil.
Also, dura loss is the reason why I don't invest in shadow hunter spike warswords.....I'll QQ too much if Edern breaks it.

I never had that problem, all my equipment is cheap. I wear what I like, not because its rare.
Alch suit
Belt Buckle Boots
Stiff Water Drop Water Cylinder
Goggle cap
All cheap and easy to replace.
Though I've never really delt with massive dura loss, just use holy water and repair at the highest % avaible.
and I think the "Lucky guy/girl" effects repair rates, since the NPCs mention it after repairing.

I second this. Heledd in Tara screwed up when she repaired my cylinder and it went from 13 dura to 11. It had a Holy Prefix on it too!....I sold it,bought another cylinder and then found a really cheap Holy Flame and re-enchanted it.

This is a myth.

Correct me if I am wrong, but Holy Flame is not an enchant, and like "Blessed" from normal Holy Water can be put on something with enchants already on it. Regardless, Holy Flame speeds up dura loss and supposedly worsens reapir rates the opposite of Holy Water.

Holy Flame's "Prefix" label is
Sacred (It's not an Enchant though), but CB13's post is a bit confusing. I can't tell if (s)he indeed meant Holy Flame in the first place...
>Buy
>Holy Flame
Hahahahahahaha

Seeing as I'm someone who appreciates the lower level armor forms for trans, I'd make it so you could rank spirit of order/soul of chaos, but pick which armor you wore.

I would change the chat mostly, because some people like to socialize without interruptions from dungeon party spam and bot spam.. Make it so it auto detects bot spamming or something, and choose the options to display the trade windows that get advertised to disable or enable in all chat.. So people stop using dungeon parties to sell their items.

Just do away with durability/make weapons last longer?

I'd nerf range.
Lets see...
-Long range
-Strong
-Insane wounding
-Fast
MABI LOGIC:If you shoot some one with an arrow they can't recover, but if you stab them with a sword they are fine.

Throwing Attack suffers from similar retarded wound justification.
"Ow I've been eviscerated."
"****, DO YOU NEED TO BE HEALED?"
"No I drank an HP potion."
"BUT... THAT JAVELIN... SHOULD HAVE DAMAGED YOUR ORGANS!"
"What javelin? I'm already over this, dude, get back to work."

lolno. Archers need to invest a decent amount AP into ranged skills, a massive amount of time and gold into life skills, a massive amount of gold for damage/critical enchanted gear and we're always prone to missing attacks.
The only thing that should be nerfed is Summon Golem.

Make it so that Houses have an actual use other than for selling/Storing.
Like opening a small restaurant, Weapon shops, Potion/Herb shop, Armory etc.
The sold items would get a Bonus, or maybe the House would for every item sold.
Got all your life skills capped? Open a buisness and become a Real Master.
That and, Refining r1+ Blacksmith r1 should give a quest to get a skill to repair metal items,
Same for Weaving and Tailoring, except it would repair cloth and leather
Enchant and Tailoring for Magical clothing.
Weaving and carpentry for bows and crossbows.
Carpentry(or handicraft?) and Enchant for Wands.
And handicraft +(insert skill here) for the rest of the items.
Show Edern and all the other Smiths/Tailors/People who repair how to do their job!
