  I expect to see random objects floating perfectly still and then jumping into them makes then fly to the other side of the map. :tea:

  In the aspect that they're temporarily straying away from the main plot and going to plot relating to exploration... yeah. I'd say it's like Iria.

  Season 2 was updated on the live servers and many people are unhappy about it. The central issue is how the story and combat system is poorly designed. Now these kind of troubles are nothing new with this game’s updates and I’ve always tried to take a step back and look at the big picture.

  1.Something that had been brought up time and time again since the test server was opened, the XE elements. People were complaining the moment ‘real jump’ was mentioned. I didn’t like it either but I decided to go with their explanation of ‘needing additional actions for new patterns’.
  
  Too bad that explanation doesn’t mean shit when not only jumping but monster juggling, Boss HP bars and damage numbers have been brought from XE as well.
  
  I don’t even need to get into how horribly they handled the jump or what kind of problems are caused by bringing HP bars and damage numbers. Even if the jump was done perfectly the issue with bringing it is that the people of the Premier server made a choice. That choice was to not play the XE server that has already proven itself to be a failure. But now they’re cramming the XE server elements down on us with no clear [convincing] reason. And even after all the overwhelming negative feedback on the test server they went on with their original plan and only changed the jump to be somewhat less clunky and added an option for damage numbers.
  
  I don’t know who’s the top gun responsible for pulling the strings on this change but the guy must have some kind of fetish for jumping
  
  
  
  2.The whole update reeks of ‘we’re-not-even-close-to-being-ready-but-whatever-lol’
  
  -There are still some season 2 mats that read [item description not ready yet]
  
  -In the past they always made kick-ass trailers for just about anything. The promotional trailer for Season 2 reminded me of NA trailer quality. And to make things worse, they have an event for posting the promotional trailer but the first file they provided was corrupted and couldn’t unzip properly.
  
  -The bugs, the horrible horrible bugs. I just needed to play on a map for 20 minutes and encountered problems with a certain map not phasing properly with the other maps [thus making it impossible for me to progress further] mobs or bosses not spawning when they should [again making it impossible for me to progress further] and more.
  
  -Lv 8-30 monsters breaking my lv 70 armor with durability potions piece by piece with one hit. This has to be a bug.
  
  -They still haven’t done a thing about the compatibility issues with Radeon graphic cards and the new graphic features of season 2.
  
  -Some of the season 2 boss mechanics are still acting funky.
  
  
  
  
  
  3. Lv 70-80 dungeons are like Diablo 3 Inferno all over again!
  
  So naturally, the Season 2 dungeon monsters have more damage, HP, and attack speed the higher the Lv difficulty of the battle is set for.
  
  I’ll cut this short and just say this. A Fiona with 5k HP, 12K defense gets hit for 1500 in the Lv70-80 dungeon.
  
  [Edit : One thing to add here, some people seem to think that this will have less impact on people with low defense for some reason. Well.. have fun being one-shotted by Zakarum's earthquake, unless your an Evie. Mana Amber FTW]
  
  Simply pushing stats and reaction time frame to extreme levels are neither fun nor challenging. It’s just fu**** lame.
  
  Yes I’m aware people will get more stats as they progress their levels but people who are lv 70 are limited to lv 70-80 dungeons for story battles and lv50-69 battles don’t mean much either because you’re more likely to get a cloth or leather instead of something worth your time.
  
  
  
  4.The fatigue system is just.. meh.
  
  Though this was expected, with fatigue being calculated once your boat takes off DCing or failing a battle has become stressfull… again.
  
  Now with even assists consuming fatigue the chance for someone being able to get help from a assist is now very slim.
  
  Fatigue is depleted even in Perilous ruins and army raids.
  
  
  
  5. Dem wasps
  
  I don’t know how I’m supposed to express this massive irritation in words but yet I still felt that this needed to be addressed with it’s own title. Sad thing is that no one was surprised by the fact that jumping didn’t bring any new kind of fun to the table. Only a new source of frustration.
  
  
  
  6.In order to progress with the story for Season 2, Lv 70 and above people are required to solo lv 70-80 bosses……WTF?
  
  The story battles for Season 2 are designed in a nonsensical way. First, people can not create story battle rooms that are under their level.
  
  So far understandable right? Can’t have a lv 70 character cheesing through the story by beating lv 8-30 battles.
  
  But the problem is that only the host can progress with the story. So even if 4 people who have to slay Zakarum joins a story boat for Zakarum, only the host will complete the story. Which means no one will be willing to join a stranger’s boat and only people with friends or guild members willing to run the same battle 4times [4 people taking turns on hosting] have any hope of progressing with the story. People with bad PC’s can just forget about it altogether.
  
  
  
  
  
  That.. should be most of it for now. The forums were a sight to see after the servers were opened. Lots of people considering quitting and some actually going on with it.
  
  I’ve been around with this game for a long time and seen some bad shi-. The most memorable ones being when they updated the enhance system, when they were considering a system where maximum durability is lost after battles on the test server [which was quickly canceled after the harsh opposition] and when the enhance rune bug + hacking situation was at it’s peak. But even during those times I never considered quitting the game but this time.. this is the first time I actually considered quitting the game.
  
  I’m not going to make any rash decisions yet. The update is still on it’s first day but if they don’t make any decisive changes throughout the rest of the Season 2 updates [two more to go; Vella for next week and Raid bosses the week after] I might end up quitting my Fiona and just stick around long enough to upload some Vella vids and be done with it.

  What's somewhat less expected is that I have no reason to be concerned about Kraken's instant fail move if everything one shots everyone regardless. That's just really silly: I mean I know they're trying to discourage Defense stacking, but making everything an instant kill just reeks of bad design.
  
  Personally I have no qualms with having to solo stuff within reason, but if everybody is expected to be able to pull off solos of that difficulty, the endgame is going to consist of under 100 people. Also given that the average player already struggles in Ep10 with a party, sheesh is S2 going to be a pain.
  
  Hopefully the Korean playerbase's reaction is enough to actually make Devcat change things. Hopefully.

You made it sound like you have to solo the missions, but then say you don't, its just that only the host gets credit. Which is it? This is annoying, but hardly a big deal. I'm also getting sick of the constant gear checks, because the gear system in this game gets really annoying the higher level you get and the upgrade system is garbage.
  
  I think you really oversold the problems with the game. The only thing I really hate is the ever more difficult gear checks combined with harder to get gear, which in turn makes the problems with the upgrade system even more pronounced. Not fun at all. I don't mind difficult, but super gear check / OHKO have never been fun.

  I cant see jumping being a big issue, certianly not one worth crying about. Just dont use it in combat. Its not like someone is pointing a gun at you saying "JUMP DAMMIT"
