Instead of making them sleep, make them drowsy and make them half as effective, instead of sleep.
Then if lullaby goes on long enough, just put them to sleep, give them pillows and stab them in theyre sleep.

My two cents. Instead of the skill being instant simon says freeze, it should be more like 5 seconds in mobs are slowed, 15 seconds in, mobs are "put to sleep." but the player using lullaby cannot stop the music until the music has finished or the mobs defeated, or else the the lullaby user draws all aggro to him/herself. It would render the skill useless for soloing at least. Also doesn't work on undead mobs or magic type mobs.

Hydra is overpowered

Not really. They make it a LOT better but...you can still set it up and continue/start fighting and just let it take care of other things. >.> It doesn't REQUIRE those other skills to be great.
Then again... 9/10 AoE skills WRECK EVERYTHING in this game anyway..

Be thankful hydra isn't overpowered as Crash shot or Climatic crash, or Blaze.

blaze wouldn't be something without a savage ice wand, or without ice spear for that matter which is in itself far more overpowered than blaze will ever be.
However, if we're gonna be looking at things in that perspective, I'm afraid I'm joining Aubog007 in saying this; every single major skill in this game is overpowered and the whole game needs an overhaul.

You could make it 9 seconds * (1 + music buff duration), and realistically I think it would be balanced even with singing. It would still only be one skill though. As for Rain Casting, I'd remove the deaggro effect, reduce the AP cost/refund, and lower the casting time a bit.

With a Gloomy Sunday and Grandmaster bard, that'll add 5[SIZE="1"].49[/SIZE] sec, doesn't seem too rewarding, but seems balanced.

I'm all for this, I'd gladly trade the deaggro effect for a faster cast time.
