DO NOTE! NA MAY GET ALL THE CHANGES AT ONCE. Will try and keep track of which changes were done when
- 1st Update: Smash now has a chance (20~40% Elf, 30~50% Human, 40~60% Giant) to:
- Swords: Cause bleeding damage (5~20% Base Damage) every second for 5 seconds
- Blunts: Silence Magic/Alchemy for 5~12 seconds
- Axes: Reduce DEF by 3~9 PROT by 1~3 for 4th Update: 8~22 seconds. (1st Update: 16 seconds)
Smash (Final version on Live)

- Swords: Cause bleeding damage (5~20% Base Damage) every second for 5 seconds
- 1st Update: Final Hit increases attack speed (by 200%) and damage.
- 2nd Update: Assault Slash and Charge now deal AOE damage equal to 70% (1st update: 80% splash damage) in a 5m radius. Splash damage does not aggro (1st update: All enemies hit with this AOE damage cause aggro)
- 1st Update: Giant Full Swing now has a 5 second cooldown.
- 1st Update: Stomp now deals 100% of your base damage and has increased range.
- 1st Update: Charge damage has been reduced (120% Human/Elf, 240% Giant) but it now factors in weapon damage.
- 2nd Update: Normal attacks no longer consume durability while Final Hit is active.
- 2nd Update: Charge/Assault Slash no longer knock splashed targets backwards.
- 2nd Update: The splash damage and impact radius of Charge is now rank dependent.
- 2nd Update: The impact radius of Assault Slash is now rank dependent.
- 3rd Update: When Counterattack is used with a Close Combat Weapon, the player can walk with counterattack loaded (not running).
- 3rd Update: When Defense Skill is loaded while equipped with a Shield, the player can run.
- 3rd Update: Defense changes also works with Guard Cylinders (as they are categorized as Shields)
- 3rd Update: Heavy and Light Armor Masteries got buffed defense and protection stats

How to Get: Complete Arawen RP Quest (Conditions on getting the quest currently unknown)
Editor's Note: Rage Impact uses stamina, but we were unable to data mine the exact value. At rank one it appears to use over 100 stamina. Also appears that Rage Impact has an impact on fighter skills and any melee contact with any weapon (tested with lances and control bars). Unsure on archery/lance combat/alchemy/ninja/gunner/puppet skills. Doesn't appear to have an impact on magic.

Q: Does Final hit buff apply to all weapons?
A: Final Hit buff applies to all weapons, speed doesn't seem to go up all that much though when I was testing, but definitely saw a 2x damage increase when using final hit on bare hands, swords, control bars, etc
Q: Can enemy Smash debuff?
A: No it cannot
Q: Does smash debuff apply to enemies hit with smash splash?
A: The Smash debuff applies to all targets hit with the smash
Q: Does the debuff apply for charge and assault slash?
A: Debuff only applies for smashing, does not apply for Charge or Assault Slash
Q: Does Lance Charge do splash?
A: No it doesn't have any additional splash
Q: Does Final Hit still need dual wielding to not knock down?
A: Yes
Q: Is Charge/Assault Slash splash range weapon dependent like Smash or entirely fixed?
A: The splash range for Assault appears to be fixed, I don't think the splash range of the weapon had any affect on it as far as I could tell
Q: Does the Final Hit buff apply to other weapons that previously counted for Final Hit's no-knockdown? Like Knuckles?
A: it appears to apply to any weapon you use with final hit.

A: Appears to be able to apply multiple times
Q: From all three weapons, do they all stack or can only one apply?
A: This one is a difficult one to answer due to the visibility issues of the blunt and axe debuffs. On top of that the debuffs last for such a short period time that you aren't likely to see their combined effect for long if it at all.
Q: The Giants can use the new battleaxe and hammer, but is it 1h to them, or 2h like the other races?
A: It's 2h like the other races
Q: So I've seen Bash hit twice in one use. Is that a high rank feature, some extra input, or just automatic?
A: It's not a listed feature, seems to happen with fast weapons, could very well be a glitch
Q: Are the new skills affected by close combat talent?
A: Yes they are affected by close combat talent
Q: How bad is Bash as KR players claim? Did the change to its functionality to not reset when using skills make any difference?
A: In the test update before it moved to live, they modified the Bash functionality so that it didn't reset when you use other skills. It only resets when you swap weapons, the timer runs out for it, or you bash another enemy. It feels a bit gimmicky in all honesty due to the short length of time you have to take advantage of it and the fact that you have to use it repeatedly against another mob before you get it's benefits
Q: Does the Defense run with shield apply to ineffective shields
A: It does not. Books (Non Spellbooks), non shields, all of that causes you to walk with defense. However Cooking Pots, Cooking Tables, and Spellbooks do allow you to run when you use defense.
Q: Any other changes from test to live?
A: No change from the final test update to the live one as far as we can see
