  Yup, on to the next update. I like what this new guy has been doing though. He came in and immediately began to fix unbalanced things before rushing out and add new things left and right.
  
  Hopefully now the focus has shifted to content with any upcoming updates. We need a dungeon revamp, more Lord and Raid missions, frickin Tory Ravine needs to either be implemented or completely gone out of the map.
  Also, probably even an update to field monsters.
  
  Only time will tell if these will get fixed. I hope the devs understand.

  Hopefully this dev doesn't start to put out half-assed contents out in Mabinogi even though he kinda did with archery renovation, like what C4 director did after G14... Anyone remember we're supposed to get four guardians of Avon, and they dwelled away from that on G15 and they dwelled away on some of the promised storyline, especially for G16.
  
  While I know this dev is against some form of talents... It'd make sense to add in crusader talent as I'd expect two or three new crusader skills to be out for each generation.
  
  They also need to go back and add in more skills for each tab... Especially fighter, puppetry, dual gun, ninja, and hidden tab to make them on par with other tabs, thus, giving more options to fight... I'm still waiting for the archery skills to be splitted into their own skill tab.
  
  They also need to remove racial restriction and benefit that applied from skills, and make all skills equal to each race along with the equipments.

  I was referring the racial idea to Kaeporo's post which is what dev should go for. It's a simple fix too, really.

  G15: Easy source of gold, potions and a lot of crap stack to 20, special inventory added, a place to sell stuff with a higher shopping limit, 100% archery aim added and max aim increased, ancient monsters added rewarding those who explore and those who search for monsters, spirit weapon transfer. G15 was a great update (that's not even including the season updates), G14 wasn't the start of the end, I think G17 was.

  First off, the C3 director didn't finish the Vates either, and it's not confirmed that Professor J is the same person as the fourth Vate. Another thing, I don't see why everyone is so afraid of incomplete things. Only three out of four vates are known, only three of four guardians of avon are known, only two of three areas of belvast are released, not all skills are uncapped. It's kind of comforting to know there are things to eventually look forward too. I can understand some people have OCD about things being incomplete, I have OCD about some things too, but people who want things to change just because of their OCD are really annoying and illogical. Positive change comes from positive intention.

  I don't really want this. . . My opinion is kind of unpopular but I didn't even want the Merchant talent to exist. Trans, Demigod, and Crusader skills are all in their own category of skills that I think should not be made easier to rank. (Maybe training requirements should be made a bit more lenient but there shouldn't be buffs to make it even easier. The fact that Transformation Potions exist at all really piss me off.)

  Trans and demigod isn't something you can use in less than a minute every time, so it'd make sense for those two to not have the talent, but I think crusader skills and their subskills should get the crusader talent to also help the training, especially since some of the subskills are extremely annoying to train and should be allowed to be skipped via brionac (if you did some requirements) and skill training scrolls.
  
  I'll post some ideas about crusader talent soon.

  I personally hope they don't change the stats they give. I liked how ranking one skillset might give you some stats that help influence the damage of another skillset, that was one of the things that attracted me to Mabinogi when I first joined. Instead of a crappy system where they give you 3~10 stats and don't adequately explain what they do and put you at pressure to allocated a limited amount of stat points to a few stats, in which either all stats are important for some reason but you don't know which to do in what order (most RPGs) or some stats are just completely useless to you (MapleStory). Mabi handles that for you and lets you pick a loosely defined skillpath and still benefit in one skillpath when you start working on another.

  
  
  I also hoped that they would not change it. Love hybrid stuff. But if they're gonna make sword mastery give the correct stats and force us to lose dex, they should correct xbow mastery as well. I'm surprised they didn't, that was my first thought.

  I'm saying if they did change it, they didn't edit the package files, where we usually get information from. But not everything is listed in the package files. Stats usually are but DevCAT has been unpredictable lately.

I'll be needing a lot of red ups for renovation. Hope that I can somehow become rich before this happens so I can afford to make atlatls.. I can see how this is OP however.

  No seriously. A massive damage buff isn't what Throwing Attack needed. If anything it should just be an option over a shield (usable in tandem with other weapons). I wouldn't mind if it benefited off of special upgrades or enchants and stuff and the 45% balance or whatever was "fixed", but instant potentially 93k damage at very far range is way too fucking high when Giants are not supposed to be efficient at ranged.
  
  The main problem with Throwing Attack is that it required a bunch of items that took too much inventory space. The pre-Renovation damage IIRC was fine. Massively buffing it's damage was not only a dumb call but it still won't make it more usable.
  
  Whether or not it's still difficult to reach that damage, it's still potentially possible to do so.

  Whether or not it's still difficult to reach that damage, it's still potentially possible to do so.

  
  
  Possible, but not very likely. That 93k damage is about as RNG reliant as you can get. You'll see that damage for about 1% of the time, if not less. Besides, the buff to throwing attack is somewhat insignificant considering Giants already have more than two ways to clear mobs. The horrid balance itself is enough to make throwing attack still not a serious skill to use.
