  Using the seal, you can increase a skill's training EXP by 35.
  Only training EXP increases by 35, and it does not affect skill training requirements.
  
  [NOTES]
  - You will obtain 2 of Special Skill Training Seals upon using Sealed Skill Training Seal (1+1)
  - Sealed Skill Training Seal is not tradeable, but 'Special Skill Training Seal' obtained by using the item is tradeable once.
  - Some skills that cannot be ranked such as Mana Shield Rank 6 are not rankable even if Special Skill Training Seal is used.
  - Cannot be used on Spirit Weapon Awakening skills.
  - As it does not affect Skill Training Requirements, it cannot be used on Rank 1 skills.

  Ninja and Blacksmithing are currently the two things that stand between me and having master of all talents. Then I'll have to either save AP or chip away at some of the other skills that are not r1.

  I'd almost be disinclined to agree and would rather we not get them again at all.
  But since catchapon got slammed to hell and back there really isn't much of a point. I mean if Oberynn's gigantic hoarde and the fact that even his probably could be dwarfed just makes it moot. Them making a second sale of them would likely just add a drop in a gallon of how many seals there are in the game that can be used.
  
  And after I found that I spent less on r9~1 blacksmithing than buying the seals and ended up with +500 fine leathers once again from mabiland, I could care less on it now. The life skills once you factor in a decent reforge and how easy it is to gather make it a cakewalk anyways.
  
  except for synthesis. Garbage skill would have taken me a MONTH of dragon raids to just get from r6~1.

  Decent reforge still requires you to spend money though. Currently stuck at rD Blacksmithing with only a level 3 exp hammer (Really need great success'). Seals would go perfectly with getting me to advance.
  
  Plus in game gold isn't really all that plentiful for me. Would rather just dump a bunch of my rl money and be done with it.

  If this ever came to NA, probably would dish out moolah just to get Blacksmithing and Hilwen to r1.

  Yeah, you only need rB for smithing if you r1 the rest... and Edern gets you to r9 for free.
  
  lv3 reforge is more than I had, I just used a lv2 from spamming NPC reforges on clean hammers. I used lv2s on ALL of the life skills in the game (pre-saga), in fact.

  Well Edern is being a pain for rD. It's not giving me Great Success' which is the one stopper I have atm. I'm trying to stockpile iron atm to brute force my way past that.
  
  The seals would be focused on Ninja if we did get it as that's the main thing that's pissing me off atm.

  Actually most NX prices in KR are pretty close to NA's if not exact. Examples:
  
  Credne Reforge = 3,600nx
  Artisian = 900nx
  
  Won't know the price for another hour when the sale starts.

  Well in their previous sales, I wasn't aware of any limits. You could buy as much as you wanted when NA got it for the 7th anniversary, you could buy as much as you could afford. I don't see this as bullshit to be honest, as it really helps take care of several grindy skills I'd rather not have to deal with.
  
  Then again, I don't particularly care about the effort players do with skills as that's their effort not mine. It's not like me buying my way to r1 blacksmithing defeats your effort and accomplishments unless you're upset that you couldn't buy your way through it.
  
  I've always found that particular player argument to be quite annoying.

  It certainly doesn't, all right. I just strongly believe that progressing with such vital part of this game as skills should require some effort. I'm cool with paying for double training or extra AP, there's no problem with training seal as a reward for something, but this is just too much.
  
  And to be clear, I don't blame people for buying those things. I blame Nexon for creating such opportunity.
