  I don't think you can use these to rebirth. At least not post Dream when KR revamped the rebirth system. You have to use pons to rebirth as the hero. These are just Memorial Cards. At the very least it will be the Zero Card you would use to rebirth. The other 2 are exclusive for new characters only.

  Ice spears holds them in place and makes the party wait around. it does not gather the mobs, it does not allow other party members to do damage to the mobs.
  And crisis meshes very well with party play, while ice spear really does not.
  
  Can you solo a room using only crisis?
  Can you solo a room using only windmill?
  Can you solo a room using only shooting rush?
  
  Can you solo a room using only ice spear?
  
  If you can do so, then do so, and stop making me stand around waiting when i could be of use to the party.
  Or at least tell me you are using IS so I can go do a different room.
  
  I think Ice spear is a great spell, well designed, but it's got its niche, unlike something like thunder.
  I see many more mages spamming thunder than ice spear, and I prefer it that way.

  Indeed, crisis is used for the utility of grouping mobs together and it works extremely well with other skillsets. Does it have the potential to do nothing but cockblock your party members? Yes. However, that's why you've got to know when to use it to be an effective puppeteer.
  
  Ice spear, on the other hand, doesn't group mobs, doesn't do anything except damage, knockback and cockblock for 4 seconds. It's worse then random windmills in that regard.

  Yep, I been using ice spear for over 3 year and even I agree that it shit in party play. It either KO and continue the chain, forcing everyone to just stand there doing nothing for several waves, or it doesn't KO, and just be an annoyance to everyone.

  That said, it has its uses and it really excels at them, such as soloing rooms, during sulfer spider, etc.
  
  But in party play, it's complete rubbish.
  
  That's what i'm growing to like about magic, every skill is useful in its own way.

  Noticed that the wiki was missing a lot of translations.
  
  I went ahead and added the training translations that were missing for Instant Casting and Meteor Strike.
  
  Also had Psy dig up the Meteor Strike title and add that to the wiki.
  
  I also added some druid talent images and the merlin image sets to the OP.
  
  I also went to check the speed casting change and it looks like that was applied in a later patch after Diva (May 22nd to be exact). I hope that they send the fix over with the Merlin update.

  Whenever we get their bug fix patch that fixes wine making and crap is when we get the speed stacking fixed.

  Problem is we want to mention it but there's a bit of a conflict amongst the team on which thread this fix should be applied to. Wither we should mention it as part of the Diva changes or part of the Merlin changes.
  
  Which is the only reason why I bring it up.

  If your party is doing nothing during IS standby then they're bad. They should be softening up non IS-ed enemies for the explosion, healing/popping clouds, or repositioning for follow up attacks. That was always true but before the revamp, the damage wasn't worth building party tactics around its crowd control.
