Firebolt highest DPS, so nope.
If cast speed wasn't broken. Yes.
But this isn't KR so no.

Magnum Shot has always held the highest DPS with enough investment.
Firebolt is just easy to gear and use. It's end-game on a budget.
Firebolt is more like mid game on a budget. To actually get Firebolt's DPS to endgame you need:
High end Spirit Fire Wand
Double Reforge (+15 Casting and Firebolt Damage)
Ideally 350-450 MATK
1k Str to boost your Overture
16+ Bolt Mastery (ideally coupled with Fire Mastery)
That's not getting into hebona or combo cards.

The Celtic Tri-bolt Wand is probably stronger than the spirit Fire Wand provided you have enough magic attack.

Not sure how; you don't get the massive extra base damage nor do you get the scaling with enchants and Overture. And Firebolt actually scales somewhat poorly with MATK at a 0.5 ratio.

Even if firebolt is half the DPS of whatever, it's still only going to amount to a few seconds in 99% of content. Instead of investing in reforges, you could buy a new computer and maybe it'll load faster instead.

Nope, slow weapon with attackspeed set doesn't do "double-bash". I just tested it. Only normal or faster can 2x bash. Attackspeed set has nothing to do with bash.
I eventually managed to pull it off... Apparently the click requires impeccable timing, I don't know which frame yet.

If I recall, CC+4 Spirit Fire Wand starts outdpsing R6 Savage around level 20-25 in all stats even though you crit for less.
Endgame Spirit Fire Wand effectively makes the skill 250 max damage per bolt instead of 120.

The Celtic Tri-Bolt Wand caps out at +37 Magic Attack and +100 Intelligence from upgrades/crafting. You can toss the new enchants on it for another +20 magic attack and mana reduction status.
Intelligence caps at around 1,180. Stats from leveling outside your talent add another 75~100 intelligence.
Celtic Tri-Bolt:
+268 Magic Attack (1350 Intelligence)
+90 Magic Attack (titles)
+37 Magic Attack (weapon)
+20 Magic Attack (enchants)
+24 Magic Attack (reforged accessories)
+220 Firebolt Max Damage (from Magic Attack)
+120 Firebolt Max Damage (skill)
+62 Firebolt Max Damage (reforge)
+5 Firebolt Max Damage (wand)
+407 Firebolt Max Damage
+62% Critical Damage (R6)
(1+(2.12*0.3) = 1.63x
665
Spirit Fire Wand:
+248 Magic Attack (1250 Intelligence)
+90 Magic Attack (titles)
+24 Magic Attack (reforged accessories)
+181 Firebolt Max Damage (from Magic Attack)
+120 Firebolt Max Damage (skill)
+115 Firebolt Max Damage (Lv50)
+62 Firebolt Max Damage (reforge)
+5 Firebolt Max Damage (wand)
483 Firebolt Max Damage
(1+(1.5*0.3) = 1.45x
700
It looks like you are indeed correct.
Capped intelligence isn't enough to sway things in favor of the Celtic Tri-Bolt Wand. If you somehow managed to land a double Firebolt Max Damage/Magic Attack reforge, the Tri-Bolt would win...but casting speed would be preferable as a double regardless.

Pretty sure the wand bonus is 25, not 5. Also you didn't account for having a Max damage set for both users or for Overture use which won't affect the Tribolt Wand user. And of course, if you abuse Catering so you always have 1500 INT in both cases then Spirit Fire Wand wins out even more.
making a R6 Tribolt is a cheaper option than leveling a Spirit Fire Wand of course.

Remind me again how much damage Mirage does pre-Renovation? These Smash debuffs really seem to be just thoughtlessly thrown in; my bleeds tick 150-200 x5 with dual focused sith sabers and 652 damage. I don't need to explain how useless daze and the tiny defense cut is.
I know bleed bypasses defensive stats and invulnerability and one-shots Macha and stuff, but that damage is too weak to be of any actual use.

"Fire wands will increase Firebolt's damage by 5 points."
(182 + 37 + 219 + 84)(1.63) = 850
(302 + 37 + 181 + 84)(1.45) = 875
Max damage enchants don't really sway things in favor of either one.
Base Damage + (Int / 5 + Dex / 9)
543 at best.

At R1 a bleed of 20% in 5 ticks is 100% extra damage so the sword bonus is kind of neat, but the activation rates are kinda' low, and yeah the blunt one is of dubious usability while the axe one is almost worthless.

<1k damage per bleed, especially when it's not even guaranteed, isn't really going to cut mid-endgame content though, nor does it make Smash any better. The axe debuff is even worse than Smokescreen.
